Its so quiet and rocks so smoothly. It's been great for having a new baby at home. The fabric is very high quality. This is the first piece of Amish furniture I've ever had, I wish I could have a house full of it. Gary is so nice and so helpful. He delivered the chair himself to my house. I'm very, very pleased with everything.
